Vibrant Cells = Vibrant Health

There are more than 75 trillion cells in an adult human body. They live, reproduce (except for brain and nerve cells), and die. Each cell takes on nutrition, delivers its products and eliminates its waste. In fact, the human body is like a well-run country with 70 to 100 trillion inhabitants. (In comparison, the world has only 6.6 billion human inhabitants.) They live in utopia, and each one does its specific job and obeys a central government – the Brain.

Question: Each cell needs oxygen, nutrition, product and waste removal. It does not have a stomach, lung or colon, how is it done?

Answer: Our body does it through our transportation system – the blood – our river of life! It delivers oxygen and nutrients, picks up the products from each cell and delivers them to be used in the various organs. The blood also carries out the waste products. The blood is over 90.7% water! How good the water is and how often you change it makes a big difference in our overall health. (Just like a car, how often we change the oil will make a big difference as the car ages.)
Why is this “River of life” so important? Here is a quote from Dr. Otto Warburg, MD – Nobel Prize winner. In his work The Metabolism of Tumors he demonstrated that all forms of cancer are characterized by two basic conditions: “Acidosis and hypoxia (lack of oxygen). Lack of oxygen and acidosis are two sides of the same coin: where you have one, you have the other. Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.”
Dr. Carol Greider, 2009 Nobel Prize winner in medicine discovered that all cells age except CANCER cells, they live on forever! This is worth noting! Cancers cells live on in our bodies, they do not die naturally. They are like ticking time bombs, they must be sorted out and killed! How? By our immune system!
According to the National Cancer Institute: Cancer is now the no.1 killer in the U.S. and the world; one out of two men and one out of three women will be diagnosed with cancer in their life time. So pay attention to this. (For more information go to chapter 4 of my book: “Standing on the Edge of Tomorrow, Take Charge and Win”.)
A clean “River of Life” is important in building vibrant cells and improves your immune system.
Now, how and why is Kangen Water different from other water?
Kangen Water has three unique properties:
1. Best anti-oxidant: All acids release H+ ions into the body’s fluids. Kangen Water, through ionization, releases OH- which neutralizes the effects of the acids that we ingest from the common American diet, as well as those we are exposed to in our environment. The OH- is a type of ion that works as an electron donor, counteracting the “free radicals” that create oxidation which destroys cells and damages DNA.
2. Micro-clustered: We all know that water is H2O; however, water lives in various structures and clusters or sizes. Typical water exists in 15 to 25 molecules per cluster. Kangen Water through the ionization process breaks down the cluster sizes to typically 5 or 6 molecules per cluster which are much more able to flow through the aquaporins (openings) into the cell. (Aquaporins are literally the opening to the cells, and the opening is always the same size. Thus, Kangen Water with its micro-cluster and smaller surface tension can flow through this opening more easily and efficiently.)
3. Alkaline: Healthy human-arterial blood pH varies between a very narrow range of 7.35 and 7.45. Changes in the pH of arterial blood outside this range result in irreversible cell damage and a depleted ability to resist disease. Abnormally high acidity of the blood and tissue fluids is called acidosis – leading to health complications. (Cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer etc.) The typical American diet contains sodas and coffees that dehydrate us and also introduce highly acidic pH levels into our bodies. The pH of regular and diet sodas range from 2.47-3.35. Coffee (pH 5.0 to 5.5) is the second most traded commercial product in the world. As we ingest gallons of these substances into our bodies, along with acidic foods, the combination creates a high acidic level in our bodies. This in turn stresses our organs which must maintain our pH balance. Drinking alkaline water eases this burden on our organs and improves the hydration of our cells.
In sum, through these three properties, Kangen Water helps to deliver oxygen, nutrients and together create vibrant cells! To see a good demonstration of these three properties on a video, go to: www.kangendemo.com .

Vibrant Life and Health

Have you ever noticed that when some people walk into the room, the room lights up, while others leave the room and the room lights up?  Why?  The reason is that some live a “vibrant life” and contribute positive energy to others, while others are constantly complaining and sucking energy from others.  No one likes sour grapes, we like sour raisins even less!

The question is how to have vibrant life? I have set up this new website: www.vibrantlifeandhealth.com to discuss and share positive ideas with others. I do not claim to be an all-knowing guru, I just want to share ideas with like-minded people so that we can try to light up the world together! Won’t you join me?

Now, “Vibrant Health” is the other side of the same coin. It is difficult to have one without the other. Living a vibrant life does not mean that we’ll live forever; no human has ever done that. Even Jack LaLanne died at 96!  However, the average life span of Americans is only 78.4 years, what is an extra (18) good years worth? I personally have many college buddies who died at 40, 50 and 60 years old, many at the prime of their career. I also have friends in their eighties who can no longer handle their normal body functions nor recognize their own children or close friends. These are wealthy and successful people, what would they be willing to do to have a few more good years?

I am in my 80’s now and we have celebrated 53 wedding anniversaries. The reason I mention this is because we are both cancer survivors. I had colon cancer in 2008 and my wife spent most of 2006 in the City of Hope hospital with AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia). This was a wake-up call for us. Thank God that we are both in full remission now and enjoying vibrant health. Many of our friends and acquaintances cannot believe it. God has indeed been gracious.  We will share with you what we have found in future blogs. God bless, Dr. Robert Lee (Ph.D.)

Secrets of An Abundant Life

The Secrets of an Abundant Life

Many people think that “Abundant Life” means that one must have the net worth of Bill Gates or be famous like George Washington. The question is: “Can ordinary people have abundant life?”

I once heard the story of “Two Shovels” in church. It goes something like this: “We are all given a shovel to shovel good things out to bless people as God keep shoveling good things in to bless us. God has a bigger shovel!”

I was so impressed with this story that I went to the jeweler and had a lapel pin made with gold. This pin not only reminds me of this story. Every time I wear it, people always ask me what this pin is about. It gives me a chance to share this “Abundant Life” story.

Jesus said: I have come that they may have life,

And they may have it more abundantly

- John 10:10

You make a living by what you get;

You make a life by what you give!

- Winston Churchill

Find a need and fill it;

Find a hurt and heal it;

Find a problem and solve it!

(When your cup runs over, get a bigger shovel.

Never say God, you spilled!)
